AwfulWafful has separated from the pack at 38 points while siwilliams quietly built the cleanest two days of anyone else in this pool. The 8-way tie didn't survive a single full matchday. Mexico are through to the knockouts already. Two more teams just bought themselves an elimination match. And the Golden Boot race has a co-host forward sitting on top of it that nobody in 364 entries saw coming.

Watch USA-Australia and Türkiye-Paraguay today. Both are quiet must-win energy for the teams involved, and Balogun playing against Australia is the next real chance for someone with zero exposure to blow this Boot race wide open further.
